Our baby is sick!

06.03.2007 /

I just got an email from Teresa saying Mason went to the doctors yesterday and he has an ear infection. :o( I hate being this far away knowing he doesn’t feel good. I just want to hug him and help him feel better!! It does help to know he is being so well taken care of, but it still stinks!!

We should be getting some new pictures soon, so stay posted. He just turned 7 months on May 30th. I really thought he would be home by the time he was 7 months, but for some reason God has other plans. I really have a peaceful feeling about it (today). I have seen His hand through this whole process so far, and even if we never really “see” why he is coming home later than we thought, I know that there is a reason. I have been praying for so long that God does what’s best for everyone involved…Mason, the foster mom, Cole, Todd and I, and I truely believe He will bring him home when it’s right for everyone. I am so thankful He is there guiding all this, because I have no idea what I would do if that weren’t the case!
