Interviews are done!!!
I got an email about a week ago from Teresa (yes, sorry, a week ago. Haven’t kept up with my blog like I should.) saying the Family Court interviews were done on Feb. 7th. That is a great step to have done. Now we wait for the social worker to write up her report and submit it to the court. After we get approval from the court we will enter PGN. I am still hoping for the end of Feb. beginning of March to get in PGN.
So, for those of you wondering what the interviews are… the social worker interviews the birth mom and foster mom. Not exactly sure what kinds of things she asks them, but after she gets the information she needs, she writes up her report and submits it.
We also got our medical update. Teresa said that it was a little late, because Dec. was done later in the month, so it delayed this one. She said he will probably be going to the doctor around the 20th and it will probably a week or so before we get the report. The pictures on the right hand side are the most recent ones we got with this last medical report. She put him in the outfit we sent down again. He is so cute. I think he really likes his hair!
